CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to our clients and staff, we have implanted the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Timeframe: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for a booking. 2. Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost will be applied. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. 3. Credit towards Next Treatment: However, we understand that life happens and we value your loyalty. If you cancel within the 24-hour timeframe and are responsible for the cancellation fee, we will provide you with a credit equal to 20% of the service cost. This credit can be applied towards your next treatment if you book within 60 days from the date of the canceled appointment. The credit can only be used towards the original type of service you were booked for. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
